Payment terms:100% (one hundred) interest shall be paid by the Buyer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of arrival of the Goods at the Buyer's warehouse and upon receipt by the Buyer from the Supplier original documents of the following documents for the shipped Item:

- TRADE-12 invoice

Required payment terms are payment on delivery within 30 (calendar) days.

The delivery time within 30 days of the signing of the specification is indicative, and the real delivery time is indicated when participating in the tender.

Special requirements for the quality of the original factory product, with certificates of quality and factory origin must be specified by the manufacturer for each TMC item. Affirm the manufacturer's affiliation with dealer certificates.

Special packing and transportation requirements - The packaging must protect the cargo from atmospheric corrosion and mechanical damage.
