1. Each Bidder may submit a basic and several alternative proposals. Please note that for lots 2,3,5 it is possible to submit an alternative option with vertical strapping. Lots 1,4,6,7 must be necessarily only with vertical strapping
2. Complete completion of the Questionnaire in the Bid Documentation for each submitted Commercial Proposal is mandatory!
Participation is free.
E-Signature is not required.
Submission of price offers only in rubles.
The Call for Bidding Bidder can repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.
Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
