The competition is held within one non-divisible Lot.

I ask you to provide the Technical and Commercial Proposals containing all the essential conditions necessary for the transaction, namely:
1. Payment terms (it is recommended that payment be deferred for 30 calendar days).
2. Readiness to start fulfilling obligations from the moment of receipt of a letter of guarantee for payment on the terms specified in the Technical and Commercial Proposal.
3. The deadline for the completion of work from the date of obligations (in stages).
4. In case of need of advance payment in the amount of 5,000,000 rubles or more, willingness to provide a guarantee in one of the banks included in the Top 15 of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
