Payment under this Agreement shall be made within 10 (10) working days from the date of the Supplier and Buyer signing the relevant documents confirming the delivery of the goods This Agreement (Trade Invoice - 12, invoice and/or other unified transfer documents) without comment, on account basis. The cost of the goods paid is set in Annex 1 to this Agreement

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

1.Согласие на подписание проекта договора поставки в редакции Покупателя. См. раздел: "Закупочная документация"
2.Победитель процедуры должен предоставить сканированные копии документов согласно приложенному списку в разделе "Закупочная документация"
3.Победитель процедуры должен подтвердить выполнение графика поставки, см. раздел: "Закупочная документация"
4.Победитель процедуры должен зафиксировать цены в рублях до 01.04.2022
5. Стоимость доставки до склада покупателя должна быть включена в стоимость товара.
