Execution of a complex of construction and installation works on the installation of internal and external sewerage networks.
The Contractor undertakes to perform a set of works to create efficient and reliable wastewater disposal systems for the Facility in strict accordance with the provided design and working documentation (codes SDEN-2023 and SDEN-2024-VK).
The works are divided into two key areas:
1. External engineering networks:
- Laying of new routes of household (K1) and storm (K2) sewerage.
- Installation of outlets, insertion into existing collectors and installation of reinforced concrete inspection wells of various diameters (from Ø200 to Ø600 mm).
- Liquidation, dismantling or tamponing of existing storm sewer lines entering the work area.
- Installation of related general-purpose technological equipment (grease trap K0) at the outlet of the network.
- A full range of earthworks, including the development of soil, the installation of a sandy base, backfilling and layer-by-layer compaction
2.Internal engineering networks:
- Laying of pipelines of internal household sewerage along the walls of the premises of the first floor of the building at the design marks.
- Installation of fittings, fittings and ventilation valves Ø50 mm.

Выполнение комплекса строительно-монтажных работ по устройству внутренних и наружных сетей канализации. Подрядчик обязуется выполнить комплекс работ по созданию работоспособных и надежных систем водоотведения Объекта в строгом соответствии с предоставленной проектной и рабочей документацией (шифры SDEN-2023 и SDEN-2024-ВК). Работы делятся на два ключевых направления: 1. Наружные инженерные сети: - Прокладка новых трасс хозяйственно-бытовой (К1) и ливневой (К2) канализации. - Монтаж выпусков, врезка в существующие коллекторы и устройство железобетонных смотровых колодцев различных диаметров (от Ø200 до Ø600 мм). - Ликвидация, демонтаж или тампонирование существующих трасс ливневой канализации, попадающих в зону производства работ. - Установка сопутствующего технологического оборудования общего назначения (жироуловителя К0) на выпуске сети. - Полный комплекс земляных работ, включая разработку грунта, устройство песчаного основания, обратную засыпку и послойное уплотнение 2.Внутренние инженерные сети: - Прокладка трубопроводов внутренней хозяйственно-бытовой канализации по стенам помещений первого этажа здания на проектных отметках. - Установка фасонных частей, фитингов и вентиляционных клапанов Ø50 мм.
