Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

*As part of the procurement documentation, a model MODIS contract for a feasibility study is presented for review, defining the main requirements and conditions. A significant adjustment of the principal conditions and requirements is not provided (except for payment terms).
Purpose of requests:
- identification of potential new logistics service providers for MODIS.
- analysis of the current offer on the service market, comparison with alternative transportation options;
For new suppliers: Based on the results of the consideration of proposals, if the suppliers have real confirmed experience, agreement on the terms of the contract and the proposed payment terms, a decision will be made on further cooperation, signing the contract and carrying out actual transportation.
! In order to participate in the procedure, new suppliers must also fill out and send via the trading platform interface or to the e-mail address of the MODIS non-commercial procurement department (the address is on the company's website) a standard commercial offer and a company questionnaire (see appendices-procurement documentation).
!! A typical commercial offer, in addition to delivery from Tashkent, contains a request for delivery from Andijan and Altynkul.
!!! The TCP and the Questionnaire are sent in the original Excel format and in a non-editable pdf format signed by the carrier.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
