1. Delivery in the near future, the desired approximate delivery date is no later than 30.05.2023
2. Availability of certificates, quality certificates is mandatory

The goods must be packed in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements for the appropriate packaging for the delivered Goods or in accordance with GOST or TU and in the necessary manner for the appropriate mode of transport. This packaging must ensure the safety of the Goods, their protection during normal handling, transportation, several overloads and storage;
4. This request for proposals is not an auction or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. All actions up to the moment of signing the contract with the winner of the competition are considered pre-contractual work and do not impose obligations on the organizer exceeding those listed in the terms of the competition.
