Comments: Terms of cooperation:
1. Types of work: provision of product samples to the customer, creation of original layouts, coordination of original layouts with the customer, manufacture and delivery of branded products.
2. A standard contract of AZUR Air LLC for the provision of services is concluded with the winner of the tender.
3. The goods must be packaged in sets (bag, chocolate and puzzle) and packed in a package that ensures its complete safety from damage, under normal conditions of storage and transportation.
4. Defective or defective goods are subject to replacement at the first request of the customer, from three to five working days after the discovery of the defect.
5. Payment procedure: 50% prepayment, 50% final settlement after signing the consignment note.
6. Terms of production and delivery of goods: until 12/15/2023.
Tender assignment:
1. The offer must be made on the letterhead of the initiator company.
2. The description of each item must contain complete information about the technical characteristics of the product, for chocolate – the composition.
3. If it is not possible to produce any of the items according to the customer's requirements, you can offer an alternative indicating the differences.
4. The cost of the goods must be indicated with VAT (if applicable) for one unit of production and for the entire circulation, taking into account branding, and include the costs of design development, delivery, packaging, labeling, customs duties, taxes and fees.
5. The Bidder uploads the commercial offer on the site, and also sends it to AZUR Air LLC with photos of the products by e-mail anna.voronina@azurair.ru .
6. The price of the goods must be fixed based on the results of the procurement procedure and act unchanged throughout the term of the concluded contract.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
