4. The period of validity of the suppliers' price offer is at least 40 days.
5. This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or
a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus,
This procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil
obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason
or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
