Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
The payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered (Appendix No. 3 to the Contract), subject to the submission by the Contractor of the following documents:
a) invoices;
b) the act of delivery and acceptance of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
d) reports
by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of conclusion of a contract with a small and medium-sized business entity:
the payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer within 7 working days from the date of signing by the Customer, signed and sent by the Contractor, the act of delivery and acceptance of the Services rendered on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor by transferring funds to the Contractor's settlement account or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.

The first delivery of the circulation for January 2023 - in February 2023, the second for February 2023 - in March 2023, etc., the last delivery of the circulation for December 2023. in January 2024, respectively.
