The attached documentation must contain:
1. Commercial offer in accordance with the requirements of the attached TOR,
3. Completed Appendices No. 2,3,4,5 to the TOR.
2. General information about the participant, according to the attached template "Participant Questionnaire", incl. a statement of consent to the processing of HDPE;
3. Other documents, the requirements for which are reflected in the attached TOR.

This procedure is not a competition, its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 of Part one of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057 – 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
