The buyer, if necessary (changing the volume requirement) has the right to reduce / increase unilaterally (according to Article 450 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation) the amount of equipment by 30% (both in the direction of increase and decrease).
Orders can be placed according to the needs of the buyer, in batches during the entire period of cooperation.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.

This procedure for requesting proposals is not an auction or tender, does not fall under the scope of Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not entail the emergence of legal obligations for the Customer to choose a supplier.
Due to the need, a tender is being held for the supply of Thermal Covers for JSC Tander for 2024.
Thermocheel RC - Magnet - delivery by forces and at the expense of the supplier to all specified RC (files with a list of RC and a breakdown of the number of RC attached to the competition).
A breakdown of the quantity by RC is attached to the tender documentation.
IMPORTANT!!! The need must be met by June 2024.
It is possible to divide the volume between suppliers.
Suppliers must provide all necessary documentation specified in the file "List of documents provided by the supplier" (the file is attached to the tender documentation).
IMPORTANT!!! Prerequisite: Sample testing before delivery.
To test the RC Thermocheel model, it will be necessary to send one sample each.
It is necessary to provide the laboratory's conclusion on confirming the thermal conductivity index of the entire product (clause 2.2 in the Requirements Specification - Requirements for the safety of the temperature of the Thermal cover).
