The Buyer transfers the required amount for a batch of equipment specified in the specification to the Seller’s account within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt from the Seller of the original of the relevant invoice or its scanned copy by e-mail.
VAT is paid to the budget by the Buyer in accordance with paragraph 8 of Art. 161 of the Tax Code |
| Location and terms of delivery: | The Buyer agrees to receive the equipment by shipment at own expense from the Seller’s warehouses, the addresses of which are indicated in the specification for a separate batch of equipment in accordance with Appendix No. 3 to the draft agreement, within no more than 15 (fifteen) business days from the date of receipt of the application for the export of equipment.
Loading of Goods from the Sellers warehouses is carried out by forces, means and at the expense of the Buyer. |
