Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:
Payment is made with an advance payment of 30% of the estimated cost, 70% within 15 calendar days from the date of signing the full set of documents, including KS-2, KS-3, invoice, executive documentation and other documents provided for in the contract, and confirming the execution and acceptance of work in accordance with the established procedure.
Delivery terms:
in accordance with the Technical Specifications (Appendix No.2,3,4,5,6 to the documentation).
