Comments: Terms of Reference for the provision of the Azot Branch of URALCHEM JSC in Berezniki with tools for the period May 2023-2025
(with the possibility of choosing a general supplier).
1. Pricing of all lot positions for the instrument according to the list posted in the event of the Azot Tool PO May 2023-25;
2. Delivery by the supplier's transport. The costs of delivery, assembly and packaging are included in the unit price. The product must be packed. The packaging must protect the Goods from damage during transportation and storage;
3. Provision of requirements for applications of the following categories of instruments:

- Measuring instrument (must be verified and entered in the State Register of the SI of the Russian Federation)

4. Exclusion from the range of amateur series (DIY category), purchase of professional tools only;
5. Mandatory availability of certificates and passports in Russian for the supplied tool;
6. The supplier must have the following capabilities:
- placing orders through a "one-stop shop" system (personal manager) and online cabinets (the ability to order a tool by MVZ codes, tracking the status of the order, adjusting the order, generating and providing statistics) of the supplier. User consultations on working with the Internet hypermarket resource;
- provide transparent mechanisms:
1) revision of pricing (depending on factors affecting the change in the selling price of goods, for example, fixing a discount from the price, according to the retail price in the supplier's online hypermarket);
2) equivalent (in terms of quality and cost) replacement of goods being discontinued;
- compliance with the terms of delivery of Goods.
7. When choosing in favor of the general supplier of the instrument, an additional advantage:

Availability of the most popular items in the store's warehouse with the possibility of rapid expansion of the assortment. Creation of an irreducible stock (determined based on the statistics of the order of Goods, based on the requirements for delivery time) without obligations on the part of the Azot Branch of URALCHEM JSC in Berezniki to redeem the balances at the end of the reporting period;
- the supplier offers a test program for the instrument of new manufacturers. The introduction of a new manufacturer should be carried out after its certification;
- the presence of a permanent representative of the supplier in Berezniki, Perm Krai (to solve technical, commercial and other issues related to the provision of tools);
- availability of repair service. Work on warranty and post-warranty obligations with trade brands and authorized services supplied within the agreed assortment.
- conducting training seminars for employees and experts in the development of new tools, providing training videos;
- possibilities of integration of supplier's order systems with a purchasing system based on B2B-Center catalogs (such as Punch-out and others).
The solution is prescribed in the technical proposal of the participant.
