1. Preparation of documentation "Technical re-equipment of the sugar production workshop of JSC "NWL", Krasnodar Territory, Leningrad district, st. Leningradskaya" as part of: - Explanatory note (PZ);
- the main set of working drawings of the brand TX, AC
- a set of documentation developed in addition to the working drawings ; specification of equipment, products and materials (TX.C); calculation of the strength of pipeline elements (TX.PP1); calculation of thermal insulation of pipelines (TX.PP2). Content of documentation in accordance with GOST R 21.101-2020.
2. Examination of industrial safety (EPB) documentation.
3. Conducting non-destructive testing of welded joints (visual and measuring, ultrasonic) of the steam pipeline;
- production of a set of documents for the control of welded joints of the steam pipeline;
- production of a certificate of repair quality;
- carrying out an extraordinary technical inspection after the welding work;
- making changes to the executive scheme of the steam pipeline;
- make changes to the passport of the existing secondary steam pipeline from 2 buildings to the 3rd buildings of the evaporation station.
