Ranking of bids

Comments:
Organization and performance of freight forwarding services for the transportation of goods - cosmetic products, products, household chemicals, perfumes, textiles along the route in accordance with the itinerary. Delivery of cargo on approved routes in Vladivostok (9 delivery points), Artem (1 delivery point), Volno-Nadezhdinsk (1 delivery point). Organization of a cross-dock in Vladivostok. Delivery of cargo to Vladivostok every Tuesday and Friday. The collection and return of part of the cargo from our recipients upon delivery of the cargo (1-2 cor.) once every two weeks. Delivery must be provided year-round. The delivery time to the addressees is no more than 12 hours. Preference when choosing a service provider (in addition to the proposed tariff) is the availability of your own fleet;
The Bidder must operate for at least 3 years in the transport services market;
