Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Possibility of bid submission in a different currency
When applying, bidders can choose a currency different from the one stated for the procedure. For the purposes of bids evaluation, the prices provided in other currencies will be converted based on the official currency rate of the Russian Central Bank as of the date of publication of a call for bids.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:The Buyer undertakes to pay the Supplier money in the amount of 100% (one hundred) of the value of this batch of goods no later than 20 (twenty) business days upon shipment after the submission of shipping documents.

1) Please note that participation in the tender means acceptance of the buyer's contract form.
2) The Commercial Proposal must be issued on official letterhead with the seal and signature of the head and attached to the bid documentation. And also fill out the Commercial Proposal form, see Appendix 2.2 attached to the bid documentation.
3) In the Commercial Proposal, you must specify
- the cost of the shopping center with VAT
- the units of measurement in the Commercial Proposal must correspond to the requested;
- attitude to products (free seller, dealer, manufacturer, etc.) - DOCUMENTARY CONFIRMATION is REQUIRED;
- delivery time;
- production time;
- delivery time to the buyer's warehouse;
- manufacturer of products;
- point of dispatch;
- warranty conditions;
- approximate volume and weight;
- agreement with the contract.
4) The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of Commercial Proposals;
5) The products must be accompanied by certificates of conformity, a passport, a document confirming
the quality;
6) Before shipment, it is necessary to fill in the packing list (see the example of filling in the bid
documentation), paste the packing list on the packaging with the goods, send copies of the documents to the customer by e-mail.
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice on holding a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
In the proposed Commercial Proposals, specify:
1) A separate line to indicate the cost of transportation costs;
2) Certificates of conformity;
3) References to the manufacturer;
4) Payment terms;
5) Delivery time;
6) Warranty.
7) Full compliance of the name of the shopping center in the commercial offers (hereinafter in the shipping documents) requested in the Call for Bidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
