Comments: LLC "AGMK" asks to inform about the possibility of performing work on a detailed (instrumental) engineering survey (engineering survey) of the supporting structures of the building "Sports Palace of Youth Sports School".
To accept the proposal of your organization for consideration, you must provide by 04.10.2021 (inclusive):
1. Commercial offer in the form of Appendix 2.
2. Calculation of the cost of work (in the form of Appendix 3) to this request.
3. Completed the Counterparty Questionnaire in Word format in the form of Appendix 4 to this request.
4. Reference list for similar works, letters of thanks, reviews (if any).
5. List of personnel for approval of admission to the facility.
6. A valid SRO admission in the field of engineering surveys. Extracts from the register of members of a self-regulatory organization in the form approved by Order No. 86 dated March 4, 2019 "On approval of the form for an extract from the register of members of a self-regulatory organization."
We also ask you to send a package of constituent documents (in accordance with the list - Appendix 5 to this request) and consent to data processing (in the form of Appendix 6).
Criteria for choosing the best offer: availability of the necessary documents for the conduct of activities, quality, terms and cost of work, payment terms, work experience. This RFP procedure is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation; Thus, this request for proposal procedure does not impose on the Customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations. The attached Agreement is not a public offer, however, the terms of the Agreement will be binding on the winner of the auction.
AGMK LLC also informs that from April 2, 2019, the Reduction procedure (bidding for price reduction) has been introduced into the commercial activities of Polymetal when choosing a contractor for the provision of services and performance of construction and installation works.
The reduction is carried out on the electronic platform B2B-center, in exceptional cases in person. The company cannot be recognized as the winner of the tender in case of refusal to participate in the Reduction. Only participants registered on the B2B-center e-marketplace are allowed to the procedure.
The reduction procedure only provides for a decrease in the declared value. The rest of the conditions specified in the commercial offer remain unchanged.
The company participating in the Reduction undertakes to make at least one bargaining step from the initial price. A Reduction Participant who has not made a single step downward cannot be recognized as a Reduction Winner.
The admission of tender participants to the Reduction is carried out by the Reduction Commission on the part of Polymetal on the basis of an analysis of the commercial proposal submitted as part of the tender, subject to mandatory compliance with the terms of reference. To make a decision, the technical, organizational, commercial parameters of the proposal are considered by the participant of the tender (tender).
