4) Specify the minimum possible delivery time from the date of signing the specification;
5) Required payment terms - 100% payment upon delivery within 30 days from the date of delivery;
6) Special requirements for the quality of the goods - must be new, not restored;
7) Quality certificates for the delivered metal products are required.
