Payment terms:Payment of works performed by the Contractor shall be carried out on the basis of the Certificate on the cost of work performed and costs (form №KS-3) and signed by the Parties of the Act on acceptance of performed works (form №KS-2) in within 10 (Ten) calendar days following the date of receipt by the General Contractor of the original account, issued on the basis of the initial accounting documentation and in the presence of an invoice. The contractor is obliged to maintain and submit to the General Contractor the primary accounting documentation in the manner and extent established by technical regulations, regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation and General contractor.

1. TO PARTICIPATE IN THE TENDER YOU NEED:

2. MANDATORY DOCUMENTS:
To participate in the request for proposals, LLC "ES CONSTRUCTION", it is necessary to send the following package of documents for your organization according to the list below:
1. Commercial offer on the form (pdf, excel) — file "1 (Template) Commercial Offer".
2. Appendix to the commercial offer — Specification/calculation of the cost of works (format at the discretion of the participant).
3. Applicant Questionnaire (pdf, excel) — file "2 Qualification Questionnaire of the Applicant".
4. Reference list of works performed — file "3 (Template) Reference list of works performed".
5. Certificate of absence of debt to the budget.
6. Extract from the SRO register (must be issued no more than a month before the day of submission of documents).

(if you previously sent a set of documents for pre-qualification, it is not necessary to re-submit it. In case you are interested in updating the information or has passed a calendar year since the last submission of the application, the application of these documents is welcome).




7. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS:

• Membership in SRO (if necessary).
