Payment terms:
1. 100% post payment upon arrival of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse 2. 25% advance payment, 75% upon arrival of goods and materials to the Buyer's warehouse.
Delivery terms:
The price shall include the cost of delivery to the Buyer's warehouse (in this case delivery method should be specified). Quality certificate or another document certifying the quality of the goods should be produced when the goods item becomes available. The supplied item shall be new and not restored. The item should be labeled. When the goods are being shipped the Buyer needs to be notified and provided with the copies of the following documents: invoices, TORG-12 delivery note and the documents confirming the sending of goods by the Carrier.

The submitted Commercial proposals should contain: 1) cost of goods and cost of delivery (separately); 2) certificates of conformity; 3) references to the manufacturer; 4) payment terms; 5) delivery time; 6) Supplier's relation to the products supplied (manufacturer, free seller, official dealer; 7) quality warranty. 8) Please, specify technical conditions of the products (temperature conditions, material composition) 9) Cost of delivery shall be detailed (cargo delivery route is to be specified); 10) Provide a guarantee of a fixed price for the purchasing items during Q3, 2017. 11) Commercial proposal shall contain a photo of the offered products and a full technical description.
