Two-stage procedure
The procedure is held in two stages. At Stage 1 the bidders need to upload the file with the proposal based on requirements specified in the documentation for prequalification of bidders. On the basis of received proposals the organizer makes decision on allowing to the bidders access to the next stage (Stage 2).

Auto-extension

Payment terms:Оплата за поставку Оборудования производится в следующем порядке:
в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Договора при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Подрядчиком, Заказчиком выплачивается аванс Подрядчику в размере 30 % (тридцать процентов) от стоимости Оборудования;
окончательный расчет за поставку Оборудования в размере 70% (семидесяти процентов) от стоимости Оборудования, производится Заказчиком в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания товарной накладной (ТОРГ-12) на поставку Оборудования, при условии получения Заказчиком счета, выставленного Подрядчиком.
Оплату за выполненные Работы Заказчик производит Подрядчику в течение 30 (тридцати) календарных дней с даты подписания Сторонами Акта сдачи-приемки выполненных работ на основании выставленного Подрядчиком счета на оплату.
Terms of delivery:Срок поставки Оборудования: не более 3 (трех) недель с даты подписания Договора. Поставка Оборудования производится одной партией.
Срок выполнения Работ: не более 2 (двух) недель с даты поставки Оборудования. Работы выполняются в один этап.
