Simultaneously with the placement of the offer, the Bidder should attach copies of the statutory documents (see the list in the bid documentation), as well as an Estimated cost calculation (the file to be filled in is attached to the bid documentation).
The organization must have the right to carry out monitoring provided for by the Charter or Regulations of the organization, the necessary material and technical means, quotas for the extraction (catch) of aquatic biological resources for research and control purposes, qualified specialists and experience in monitoring.
One of the important criteria for evaluating the offer is the deferral of payment. The preferred postponement period is 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing the act of completed works.
