Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment for services rendered under the Insurance Contract (insurance policy) is made within 10 (ten) calendar days FROM the date OF BID SUBMISSION BY THE Customer. The Customer, based on the received invoice issued by the Contractor, makes payment in Russian rubles by wire transfer by transferring funds to the Contractor's account by payment order. The payment date is the date when funds are debited from the Customer's account. The Parties can also agree on a different payment scheme by fixing it as an Annex to the Contract.
Delivery terms:In accordance with the Terms of Reference to the Documentation, which is Appendix NO. 1 to this Bid Notice.
