Auto-extension

Payment terms:Payment is made on the terms of prepayment in the amount of 50% on the basis of the invoice received by the Customer for prepayment, issued by the Contractor, by transferring funds within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of receipt of the invoice to the Contractor's current account. Payment of the balance for the obligations actually fulfilled by the Contractor shall be made by the Customer within 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate for the last reporting period.
Delivery terms:The term of technical support services: 12 (twelve) months from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
Delivery time of components: 3 (three) months from the date of conclusion of the Contract.
Term of installation of components: 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of acceptance.
The warranty period for all components is at least 1 (one) year.
