Payment terms:
Payment is made within 45 calendar days after the end of the reporting period in which the delivery is made.
Delivery terms:
Products are delivered by road to the Buyer's warehouse (Base BPO LLC LUKOIL-AIK 174 km of the Surgut-Novy Urengoy highway), or to the terminal of the transport company in Kogalym, taking into account all costs and delivery risks. Delivery will be carried out in uneven batches throughout the year, the quantity of goods in each batch, as well as the delivery time of each batch, is agreed in the specification and accompanied by all necessary documents, according to the list stipulated by the supply contract.

Comments: Prices are exclusive of VAT, including transportation costs.
1. All products supplied must be new.
2. To participate are:
- Manufacturers of requested products;
- Official representatives, dealers (it is obligatory to provide confirming certificates, certificates, official letters from the manufacturer on authorization to sell the requested products);
- Suppliers with experience in the supply of similar products;
3. The criteria for evaluating proposals will be:
- Fulfillment of all stated requirements;
- Bid price;
- Participant status (manufacturer, dealer);
- Terms of delivery of products;
- The participant’s consent with the editorial board of the organizer, the signing of the contract without a protocol of disagreement (official confirmation must be uploaded to the ETP);
- Price fixing for the entire delivery period from the moment of participation in the procedure until the goods are transferred to the customer’s warehouse (official confirmation must be uploaded to the electronic trading platform).
4. Supply of products in accordance with the stated requirements.
Mandatory downloadable electronic documents:
- A scanned copy of the quotation indicating prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the signature and seal of the company;
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed with the seal of the enterprise.
- Permits (certificate of conformity, permission to use, if the product is subject to mandatory certification).
- Request for proposals is carried out in relation to annual requirements.
- Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all the requirements for the assortment of goods specified in the request, as well as unconditional agreement with the terms of the contract and specification.
- This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
- This request for proposals is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The organizer has the right to refuse to make a purchase at any time from the day of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
