Обоснование: Решением Закупочной Комиссии открытый запрос цен признан не состоявшимся (в рамках требований п. 7.5.2. "Положения о порядке проведения регламентированных закупок товаров, работ, услуг для нужд ОАО "ЭСК Сибири") ввиду того, что только один участник, подавший предложение на участие в конкурентной процедуре, признан участником конкурентной процедуры. Предлагается заключить контракт у единственного источника(согласно п.5.11.) - ООО "Снабсибэлектро" на условиях, определенных документацией по запросу цен, и письмом о подаче оферты участника.
