Comments:
The organizer of the Call for Bidding selects the winner of the procurement procedure for each Lot for the full amount of work and services for each Lot(s) or for part of the Lot(s), depending on the availability of vessels from carriers.

Several stages of rebidding may be carried out based on the results of commercial evaluation of the proposals of the Bidders Called for Bidding.

Only Bidders who meet the qualification requirements are allowed to rebidding.

Be sure to send the documents for the equipment that will be specified in the bid (Appendix No. 2 in the bid documentation package).
