Comments:
The contract can be extended at the mutual request of the Parties without changing the price.

The "Tolerance" column is a possible deviation of the monthly requirement in a larger or smaller direction.

Please note that a prerequisite for participation in the procurement of JSC "OMPC" and the subsequent conclusion of the contract is a positive result of checking the package of documents of the counterparty by the services of JSC "OMPC". The proposals of suppliers who submitted proposals on the electronic trading platform without the required documents will not be considered.

The commercial offer must specify:
- Payment terms (post-payment for at least 10 days);
- The validity period of the commercial offer;
- The validity period of the offered price (at least 30 days);
- Willingness to work under the standard OMPC contract;

It is necessary to attach copies of documents to the offer:
• Commercial offer
and

• Charter, foundation agreement
• Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities for Sole Proprietors) with the date of issue no later than 10 days before the date of filing an application for admission to participate in the auction
• TIN certificate (for sole proprietors - certificate of tax registration)
• OGRN certificate
• Protocol (decision, order) on the appointment (election) of the head of the organization,
• Order on appointment of the Chief accountant
• A copy of the passport (2,3 pages, registration address) for the sole proprietor
• Certificate of ownership or lease agreement for office space at the legal and actual location
• Power of attorney for the right to conclude a contract (in cases where the contract is concluded by a person acting on the basis of a power of attorney)
• Income tax return for the last reporting period with a receipt for admission
• VAT declaration for the last reporting period with receipt of receipt
• Information on the average number of employees (Form according to CND 1110018 for the previous reporting year) with a receipt for admission
• A certificate on the status of payments for taxes, fees, penalties received under the TCS (no later than 1 month before the date of conclusion of the contract; the allowable amount of debt is not more than 100 thousand rubles.)
• Information on the form of SSV-M provided to the FIU for the last reporting period with confirmation of their acceptance, or a Protocol checking the accounts of the SSV-M with an indication of the number of insured persons in it for the last reporting period;
• Balance sheet and Profit and Loss Statement for the last two reporting periods (years) and tax returns as part of the title page and section 1 with receipt of receipt (for income tax, unified agricultural tax, USN and VAT) for the last two tax periods at the time of providing the specified information. If an organization applies a simplified taxation system, financial statements may not be provided.

Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Ограничение ответственности:Настоящий запрос на коммерческое предложение направлен в соответствии с регламентом Организаторов торговой процедуры в рамках осуществления запроса коммерческих предложений, который не является офертой, аукционом или конкурсом и его проведение не регулируется ст. 447-449 ГК РФ, а также не является публичным конкурсом и не регулируется ст. 1057-1065 ГК РФ. Таким образом, указанная процедура не накладывает на Организатора соответствующего объёма гражданско-правовых обязательств и оставляет за ним право отказаться от всех полученных Предложений по любой причине или прекратить процедуру отбора в любое время вплоть до подведения итогов тендера без объяснения причин, не неся при этом никакой ответственности перед Участниками. На Покупателей и Организатора не распространяется действие Федерального закона от 18 июля 2011 года № 223-ФЗ «О закупках товаров, работ, услуг отдельными видами юридических лиц».
