Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Payment terms:
100% post payment within 20 business days of delivery to Buyer's warehouse
Comments: 1. It is necessary to load the KP with all requested terms of delivery on the attached form, see procurement documentation;
2. KP MUST prescribe a COMPLETE AND ACCURATE PRODUCT NAME WITH ALL CHARACTERISTICS, and attach appropriate photos;
3. Be sure to fill in additional fields;
4. The product's price must be taken into account the packaging and labelling of GOST 15846-2002 and GOST 14192-96 "Products shipped to areas of the far north and equated areas. Packaging, labeling, transporting and storing"
5. Certificates of conformity, passport, quality proof document, security passport, a certificate of conformity, a certificate of conformity must be attached to the KP;
6. Before shipment, provide a photo of the packaged item, each place must be marked with a packing sheet according to the Customer's form;
7. The products must be new, not used, manufactured no earlier than 6 months from the date of the KP's display;
The criteria for choosing the best offer: lowest cost, quality, delivery time, cost, payment terms, work experience, agreement.
This procedure of requesting a proposal is not a contest and it is not governed by articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Therefore, this Proposal Request Procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligation on the Customer
