Форма оплаты – безналичный расчет, путем перечисления денежных средств на расчетный счет Поставщика. Оплата производится в соответствии с правилами безналичных расчетов в порядке плановых платежей на основании счетов, счетов-фактур, актов выполненных работ с учетом казначейской системы. Оплата за поставленную Продукцию производится Покупателем, в течение 60 банковских дней с момента получения Продукции и подписания товарной накладной, в соответствие со стоимостью, согласованной в спецификации и отраженной в счете на оплату, выставленном после подписания договора и спецификации.
Delivery terms:Продукция должна поставляться по заявке заказчика, по мере возникновения необходимости, но не реже 1 (одного) раза в 2 недели. Доставка Продукции заказчику должна осуществляться в течение 2 рабочих дней с момента предоставления заявки Заказчика.
