Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

A second advance payment of 40% of the total value of the contract, the customer pays within 10 (ten) banking days after delivery of the equipment to the customer's warehouse.
Final payment in the amount of 10% of the total value of the contract, the customer pays after performing the commissioning and the signing of the Act of the executed works.
Delivery terms:delivery occurs within 40 (forty) working days from the moment the first enumeration of the advance payment.
