Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment terms: deferred payment for at least 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to the warehouse of the Miratorg Agricultural Complex.
Delivery terms:Terms of delivery: by the forces and means of the Seller to the Buyer's warehouse. The cost of delivery of the Goods must be included in the price of the Goods.

Delivery time is up to 4-6 weeks after signing the contract. Partial shipments are possible, but according to a clear schedule of shipments.

By submitting an offer within the framework of this tender, participants automatically accept all the conditions of the Miratorg TC

Participants may not refuse to supply items for which they have been given proposals within the framework of the tender or raise the price after submitting an offer. In case of refusal of delivery or price increase, participants will be included in the "black list" of companies.

In this tender, Miratorg TC will take into account the prices of participants without VAT! But the deliveries will be with actual VAT.

The price must be provided in Russian Rubles, taking into account delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. The price must be fixed for the entire delivery period of the equipment

Radio stations must be licensed!!!
