Delivery terms:The supplier is obliged to supply a new product to the buyer.
The supplier shall provide the following accompanying documents to the buyer together with the goods, including but not limited to:
- Certificate of Conformity on the goods (where applicable);
- Quality document for the goods;
- Declaration of Conformity (where applicable);
- instruction manual on the goods;
- Technical passport for goods (where applicable);
- Permission to use the goods at Hazardous production facilities (where applicable).
The cost of goods is considered the cost of delivery to the place of delivery and the cost of packaging.
