Обоснование: Руководствуясь п. п. «в» 7.14.1 Положения о порядке подготовки и проведения закупок товаров, работ и услуг в ООО «Аэропорт «Норильск» и п.32 Информационной карты, признать запрос котировок в электронной форме на поставку противотаранного барьера шлагбаумного типа по проекту: «Реконструкция склада ГСМ в Аэропорту «Норильск» (шифр: И2310) несостоявшимся, так как отборочную стадию рассмотрения заявок прошел только один Участник закупки.
