Comments:
1. It should be noted that the Supplier, before transferring food products to the ship of the applicant, must carry out their respective customs clearance. This requirement applies to vessels performing offshore operations in the D-6 OIRP area.

2. Food is delivered on board the applicant ship. The number and list of requested items is reflected in the application of the applicant ship.

3. The delivery time of food on board the applicant ship is within 5 calendar days from the date of receipt of the relevant ship application.

4. Delivery of food products on board the applicant ship is carried out by and at the expense of the supplier. The estimated minimum total cost of food for a single supply of 15-20 thousand rubles.

5. The foodstuffs supplied must comply with the quality standards in force in the Russian Federation GOST, TU, medico-biological requirements and sanitary standards of quality of food raw materials and food products, as well as meet the requirements established by Federal Law No. 29-ФЗ dated January 2, 2000 "On Quality and food safety. " The residual shelf life at the time of delivery to the customer must be at least 75% of the total shelf life.

6. Please ask all questions about the procedure using the ETP functionality (requests for clarification).

7. It is NECESSARY for participants in this procedure to electronically submit to the participants of this procedure, before opening the envelopes, attach the applicant's application form and documents according to the application form.

8. The set of documents should include a scanned copy of the COMMERCIAL OFFER with an indication of the delivery time, as well as signed by an authorized person and sealed by the organization participating in this procedure.

9. If the participant fails to fulfill or improperly fulfills this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.

Note: Note, this RFP is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
