Mandatory conditions:
• Payment procedure and conditions - in accordance with the conditions specified in the description (name) of the lots

• Filling in the "Questionnaire" file with a description of work experience on similar objects (as part of the procurement documentation)

• Filling in the "KP Template" file (as part of the procurement documentation)

• The developer of the TX section is obliged to:
1. Have at least 2 designed, implemented and functioning, HACCP-certified facilities for the production of food products and ready meals (Factory kitchen), with the parameters of enterprises:
2. With a total area of 8000 sq.m.,
3. With a capacity of 15,000 kg / day,
4. producing products of the Ready-To-Eat and Ready-To-Go categories,
5. producing products of the culinary categories of at least 60% of the total productivity of the enterprise, flour confectionery products of at least 15%, beverages.
6. The number of SKUs produced by the enterprise is not less than 200 pcs.,
7. The daily production and shipment plan includes at least 90% of the company's assortment, ultra-fresh.
8. Have experience in designing and implementing a complete set zone with the formation of a delivered unit (box) of products to a point of sale\ store\RC and places of product selection
9. Have experience in calculating the production plan of the enterprise with the described variability of production according to the volume and assortment.
10. Have experience in designing and implementing microbiological and physico-chemical laboratories.

• Payment of the Guarantee amount in the amount of 5% of the Contract value is carried out after 1 year from the date of signing the Act of acceptance of the completed works. This condition is included in the contract if the amount of the contract is equal to or exceeds 1,000,000 rubles.

• Term of work - 180 calendar days

• Estimated start date of the project 01.03.2023

• The type of activity of the organization must correspond to the declared lot.

• The need for accreditation in JSC "Thunder" for the design of large-format construction and repair facilities for consideration of the results of the tender and further work

• The level of responsibility of the SRO at the time of conclusion of the Contract must correspond to the cost of the work performed.

• Consent to the terms of the contract and the financing procedure.

• The original Contract signed by the counterparty must be received by the Customer no later than 7 calendar days from the date of sending the specified document to the Contractor

• The estimated documentation should be developed in accordance with Appendix 3 "Procedure for determining the estimated cost of general construction, special works"

• The validity period of the CP is at least 1 month

Other requirements and explanations (added by the initiator if necessary):
• Absence of problematic objects of JSC "Thunder" according to the main criteria: there is no judicial / pre-judicial work with the spacecraft, the absence of critical comments that have not been eliminated (indicated in the act of the final commission, etc. a similar document), etc.

•Lack of affiliation with other contest participants

• According to the results of the competition, it is possible to appoint a backup counterparty.
Criteria for the transition from the main counterparty to the reserve counterparty: non-fulfillment of the terms of the contract by the main counterparty, refusal of the main counterparty to sign the contract.
The transition to a backup counterparty is possible before the signing of the act of access / act of acceptance and transfer of the construction site.
The appointment of the Company as a reserve will be carried out only with the prior consent of the counterparty with the designation of a possible transition period (provision of a letter of guarantee from the CA)."

• Provide impersonal execution examples:
1. Production flow Diagrams (PFD – Process Flow Diagram) with indication of equipment units.
2. A map of the flows of raw materials, semi-finished products, finished products, waste, personnel
3. Calculations of the productivity of equipment/sites, storage areas, the required amount of equipment and containers.
4. Estimated daily production plan for operations in the context of workshops, for example 3 SKU.

• Coordinator of project work, who has a notarized power of attorney to represent the interests of the General Designer in terms of project work for the entire period of Project work. (Participation in a meeting with the Customer at least 2 times a month for the entire period of the contract on the Customer's territory in the city of Krasnodar)
