Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for Phase I (project work) shall be paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the signing of the Act on the completion of the project work on stage I and invoice.
Current payments for stage II are paid by the customer in the amount of 95 percent of the cost of works under the contract, specified in the certificates of acceptance of the completed works on the form of CS-2 (Appendix № 6 to the draft contract) and a certificate of the cost of work performed and costs of form of COP-3 (annex № 7 to the draft contract), shall be paid within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of signing the acts of delivery and acceptance of works
Payments at the end of work under the contract are paid within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of signing of the Act of commissioning (the acceptance certificate of the completed construction of the object by the acceptance Commission, the form of № of the COP-14).

start of work on stage I – not later than 5 working days from the moment of conclusion of the contract.
