Requirements to the contractor under the terms of service provision:
- confirm the presence of an extract from the register of SRO members with the right to perform works in the field of construction, reconstruction, capital repairs of capital construction facilities;
- confirm the availability of certified managers and specialists in the following areas: A.1, B.1.11;
- confirm the availability of personnel trained in high-risk work (work at height);
- confirm the presence of personnel trained to carry out high-risk work (gas hazardous).
- confirm the availability of trained and certified according to the rules of electrical safety;
- to confirm the availability of accessories (scaffolding, wooden ladder, flooring, etc.) necessary to carry out work on the openings of metal structures, in ABO diffusers allowing to clean the fins qualitatively in hard-to-reach places where there are no maintenance sites;
- confirm the availability of tools, equipment, fixtures and materials;
- confirm the availability of PPE for employees;
- confirm the availability of lifting mechanisms necessary to perform the work;
-to confirm the availability of experience in similar types of work – cleaning the fins of large-capacity ammonia production facilities by dry cleaning (sodo-blasting);
