Please note that a prerequisite for participation in the procurement of OMPK JSC and the subsequent conclusion of the contract is:

• Positive result of supplier qualification carried out by the Research and Development Directorate

• Information on the average number of employees (Form according to KND 1110018 for the previous reporting year) with an admission receipt
• Certificate on the status of settlements for taxes, fees, penalties, received through the TCS (period no later than 1 month before the date of the conclusion of the contract; the permissible amount of debt is not more than 100 thousand rubles)
• Information in the SZV-M form provided to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation for the last reporting period with confirmation of their acceptance, or the SZV-M reporting verification protocol indicating the number of insured persons for the last reporting period;
• Balance sheet and Profit and Loss Statement for the last two reporting periods (years) and tax declarations as part of the title page and section 1 with a receipt (for income tax, unified agricultural tax, STS and VAT) for the last two tax periods for the moment of providing this information. In the event that an organization applies a simplified taxation system, financial statements may not be provided.
