Payment terms:Payment for services — 100%deferred payment for 10 (ten) banking days, after the parties signed the Act of Delivery and Acceptance of Services for the past month, on the basis of the account received by the Customer.

Comments:
1. To submit an offer, the Participant must:
• Fill and attach to the ETP the Vender/Counterparty Registration Card (Appendix No. 1) and the requested scans of documents in accordance with the appendices to the registration card (Appendix №2);
• Fill and attach to the ETP scan Assurances on anti-corruption (Appendix No. 3) with the signature of the Participant;
• Fill and attach to the ETP completed Appendix №4,5,6 Competitive offer in Excel format and scan copies with the signature of the Participant
