Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
1. Payment terms - 100% post-payment, postponement of 60 calendar days
2. Technical and commercial proposal with details
3. Confirm agreement with the terms of the Requirements Specification
4. Upon completion of the work, provide an act of equipment readiness
5. If a malfunction is detected (failure of spare parts), a defect report is drawn up, with a proposal for the cost of spare parts and the timing of elimination
6. In case of equipment failure, the Contractor, upon bid, must arrive at the Customer's facility no later than 2 days from the date the bid was sent by the Customer to the Contractor's email address
7. Prices are inclusive of all expenses
8. Specify the warranty period for the work
9. Specify the delivery time
10. Specify the warranty period for spare parts
11. Specify contacts for communication on Call for Bidding

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for the withdrawal from participation in the procurement procedure of all affiliated Bidders
