The Bidder of this Bidding procedure must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial proposal in the form attached to the tender, according to the requirements of the Requirements Specification
2.Fill in and provide supporting documentation in accordance with the appendix to the Commercial Proposal
3. Reference list for similar projects in the form attached to the tender.
4. Participation in the tender means the Bidder's consent to sign the standard form of the Rusagro Group contract without making changes. The template of the standard form is attached to the tender.

In multi-currency competitive bidding process, the comparison of Commercial Proposals will take place at the exchange rate on the day of the end of the Competitive bidding process/rebidding. Spare parts/materials and works must be in the same currency.
