I ask you to provide the following information with the Technical and Commercial Proposal form and Questionnaires:

1. Agreement with the terms of the agreement and the Requirements Specification (yes/no);

2. Specify the deadlines for the work ;

3. Experience in performing similar works to the Call for Bidding Subject at Facilities (Experience of at least 3 similar projects over the past 3 years (completed facilities in the period 2021-2024 inclusive)

4. Availability of revenue for the last 36 months, or confirmation of the source of financing (indicate the average revenue of the company for the specified period with the provision of supporting documents);

5. SRO for design and construction, license of the Ministry of Emergency Situations;

6. Material and technical equipment (letter of guarantee from the applicant with an extract from the OS statement);

7. Readiness to start work on the Customer's letter of guarantee (Specify Yes /No);

8. Specify the required % advance.

9. Specify the required engineering staff of the company (specify the number of working Designers / IT / Workers. Total / number planned for the performance of work on this competition) (Letter of guarantee from the applicant with the provision of staffing).
