Payment terms:
7.1. Payment for Services under the Agreement is carried out within 5 banking days from the date of delivery and acceptance of Services by the Parties in accordance with the terms of the Agreement, 7.3. By agreement of the parties, payment can be deferred for 150 days.

The contract is planned to be concluded for 6 months.

This request for proposals and documentation are not a notice of a tender (public tender), a notice of bidding or a public offer, within the meaning of Articles 435-437, 447-449 of Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 of Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Accordingly, the publication of the request and the placement of any documentation does not oblige the Organizer to conclude any contract with any Participant, and does not impose any civil obligations on the Organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
Reservation 2.
The Organizer has the right to attach a contract form to the application.
The Participant's submission of an application for participation in the requests means the Participant's consent, if recognized as the winner, to sign the contract according to the attached form.
If the Organizer decides to recognize the Participant as the winner of the request and conclude an agreement with him, the Participant is obliged to conclude an agreement in the form attached to the application for participation in the request. In case of refusal to conclude a contract according to the attached form, the Organizer has the right to refuse the Participant to conclude a contract without applying any sanctions to the Organizer.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
1. Предложения принимаются посредством ЭТП B2B-Center.
2. Вопросы и запросы уточнений необходимо размещать в разделе "Разъяснения торговой процедуры".
3. Допускается подача предложений не на весь список объектов к охране.:
4. Участник должен дать цены на те участки охраны которые может взять в обслуживание.
Количество объектов которые подрядчик хочет взять на обслуживание, должно коррелироваться с трудовыми ресурсами, находящимися в территориальном распоряжении подрядчика .
5. Заказчиком буду рассмотрены коммерческие предложения на любое количество охраняемых объектов.
6. На основе полученных предложений будут проведены дальнейшие переговоры с участниками.
