Payment terms:An advance payment for the Call for Bidding of materials is possible, but not more than 30%. The advance payment is made only under a bank guarantee to ensure the return of the advance payment. The paid advance is repaid proportionally when calculating for the work performed from the cost of the work. Payment for the work performed is made for the work actually performed within 20 calendar days upon submission of the originals signed by the parties KS-3, KS-2, invoices for payment.
Delivery terms:all types of work are carried out at the Gremyachinsky GOK facility, according to the Requirements Specification.
