Comments:
1. Krasnodar Region. A section of railway tracks for 750 km PC 3+00 m of the Abinskaya-Krymskaya stretch of the North Caucasian railway

2. Be sure to attach a free-form commercial offer, a reference list for similar work, a certificate of personnel and technical resources.

3. When performing work, the contractor must use its own tools, devices, consumables, lifting structures, mechanisms and devices, installation and operation of its own equipment of "safety rail packages".

4. The technical conditions of compliance are prescribed by the Russian Railways Technical Specifications (see procurement documentation).

5. The cost of services includes all the requirements described in the TOR (see procurement documentation).
