Mandatory conditions for the CONTRACTUAL counterparty:
Payment terms - 100% payment from the date of delivery to the Customer's facility after 60 calendar days
Consent of the Contractual counterparty to sign the standard form of the agreement (in the attachment) without any edits by the ContractualCounterparty
Contractual Counterparty to fix the price until 01/31/2024
Consent of the contractual counterparty for delivery by and at the expense of the supplier
Consent of the Bidders to keep the price when dividing the total volume between the request for proposals' contractual counterparty
Warranty - at least 12 months
