Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Method and terms of payment - non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of a duly executed consignment note by the responsible person of the Buyer. (provided that the Supplier provides the Customer with the originals of the primary accounting documents correctly executed in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (invoices, invoices, UPD)).
Delivery terms:Delivery procedure – pickup from the supplier's warehouse by and at the expense of the buyer. Free delivery to the RC or facilities in the region will be considered a competitive advantage.

Mandatory conditions for Bidders:
Payment terms - postponement of 60 calendar days
Consent to the signing of the standard form of the contract (in the attachment)
Fixing the price until 11/30/2023.

Other requirements and explanations:
1. The price of each unit should take into account the costs of packaging, box barcoding, shipment on Euro pallets.
2. An order for the entire volume will be placed immediately after the tender is completed.

Submission of price offers only in RUBLES.

Participation is free of charge
E-Signature is not required

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time.
Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
